2026 年 01 月 16 日，First Speed 领先于市场，第一时间向全体客户发布了关于 SwiftX 运营风险的提示，并于当日立即暂停了 SwiftX 物流渠道的揽收服务。
截至目前，根据持续更新的市场动态信息，SwiftX 的物流揽收已进入高度混乱状态。与 First Speed 存在业务往来的几乎所有同业仓库，均已在不同程度上受到影响，包括但不限于：无法正常提供揽收服务、在已完成货量预报的情况下仍无法匹配充足运力，导致运单上线超时等问题。
为持续保障客户出库货物的安全，基于风险防范原则，经我仓慎重评估后决定：自前次通知到期时间起，即美西时间 2026 年 01 月 25 日 00:00 起，至 2026 年 03 月 01 日 00:00 止，继续延长暂停使用 SwiftX 面单 的出库服务。 请各位客户自收到本通知之日起，在后续推单中继续暂勿选择 SwiftX 物流面单。在渠道临时关闭期间，如仍使用该渠道面单，我仓将无法完成出库及交货操作，由此产生的相关损失，我仓将不承担任何责任。
自本措施实施以来，针对个别客户仍坚持使用该渠道面单的情况，我仓已依据通知内容，统一执行系统内操作退回。为避免与 First Speed 产生不必要的纠纷，敬请当前服务中的各位客户理解并积极配合。
我仓将于美西时间 2026 年 02 月 25 日 17:00 前发布更新通知，以确认是否继续延长 SwiftX 物流渠道的临时关闭措施。
On January 16, 2026, First Speed took the lead in the market by promptly issuing a notice to all customers regarding the operational risks associated with SwiftX, and immediately suspended the SwiftX logistics pickup service on the same day.
As of now, based on continuously updated market information, SwiftX’s logistics pickup operations have entered a state of severe disruption. Nearly all peer warehouses that maintain business relationships with First Speed have been affected to varying degrees, including but not limited to: inability to provide normal pickup services, and failure to match sufficient transportation capacity despite completed volume forecasting, resulting in shipment label activation timeouts.
In order to continuously safeguard the safety of customers’ outbound shipments, and based on risk prevention principles, our warehouse has conducted a careful assessment and decided to further extend the suspension of outbound services using SwiftX shipping labels.
The extended suspension period will be effective from 00:00 on January 25, 2026, through 00:00 on March 1, 2026 (U.S. West Coast Time).
Customers are kindly requested, upon receipt of this notice, to continue refraining from selecting SwiftX shipping labels for all subsequent order submissions. During the temporary suspension period, if SwiftX shipping labels are still used, our warehouse will be unable to complete outbound processing or delivery, and any resulting losses shall not be the responsibility of our warehouse.
Since the implementation of this measure, in cases where certain customers have continued to insist on using SwiftX shipping labels, our warehouse has processed such orders through system-based returns in accordance with this notice. To avoid unnecessary disputes with First Speed, we kindly ask all customers currently under service to understand and actively cooperate.
An updated notice will be issued by 17:00 on February 25, 2026 (U.S. West Coast Time) to confirm whether the temporary suspension of the SwiftX logistics channel will be further extended.
2026년 1월 16일, First Speed는 시장을 선도하여 SwiftX 운영 리스크에 대한 안내를 전 고객에게 신속히 공지하였으며, 동일한 날짜에 SwiftX 물류 픽업 서비스를 즉시 중단하였습니다.
현재까지 지속적으로 업데이트되는 시장 정보에 따르면, SwiftX의 물류 픽업 운영은 고도의 혼란 상태에 진입하였습니다. First Speed와 거래 관계가 있는 거의 모든 동종 창고가 다양한 수준의 영향을 받고 있으며, 여기에는 정상적인 픽업 서비스 제공 불가, 사전 물량 예보가 완료되었음에도 불구하고 충분한 운송 능력을 확보하지 못해 운송장 활성화가 지연되는 사례 등이 포함되나 이에 국한되지는 않습니다.
고객님의 출고 화물 안전을 지속적으로 보장하기 위하여, 위험 예방 원칙에 따라 신중한 평가를 거친 결과, SwiftX 운송 라벨을 사용하는 출고 서비스의 일시 중단 조치를 추가로 연장하기로 결정하였습니다.
연장된 중단 기간은 미 서부 시간 기준 2026년 1월 25일 00:00부터 2026년 3월 1일 00:00까지입니다.
본 공지를 수신하신 이후 접수되는 모든 주문에 대해서는 SwiftX 물류 라벨 선택을 계속해서 삼가 주시기 바랍니다. 채널 임시 중단 기간 중 해당 라벨을 사용할 경우, 당사 창고는 출고 및 배송 처리를 진행할 수 없으며, 이로 인해 발생하는 모든 손실에 대해서는 당사 창고가 책임을 지지 않습니다.
본 조치 시행 이후에도 일부 고객이 해당 채널 라벨 사용을 지속적으로 요청한 경우에 대해서는, 공지 내용에 따라 시스템상 주문 반려 처리를 일괄 진행하였습니다. First Speed와의 불필요한 분쟁을 방지하기 위하여, 현재 서비스를 이용 중인 고객 여러분의 이해와 적극적인 협조를 부탁드립니다.
SwiftX 물류 채널 임시 중단 조치의 추가 연장 여부에 대해서는 미 서부 시간 기준 2026년 2월 25일 17:00 이전에 업데이트 공지를 통해 안내드릴 예정입니다.
