关于SwiftX物流渠道临时关闭的通知

由于SwiftX提供的揽收服务将在美西时间2026年1月20日起发生重大变化，即：根据市场可信信息，原有的揽收车队代理商将全部变更，新任揽收车队代理商没有或缺少从业经验，或会提供不稳定的服务。
为保障客户的出库货物安全，我仓经慎重考虑，出于风险防范的目的，决定自美西时间2026年01月18日0点起，至美西时间2026年01月25日0点为止，暂停提供SwiftX面单的出库服务。
请各位客户在收到本通知时起开始的推单中，暂勿选择该渠道面单，若在渠道临时关闭期间使用该渠道面单的，我仓无法完成出库及交货工作，由此导致的损失我仓将不负有责任。
我仓将于美西时间2026年01月24日17时前发出更新通知，以确定是否继续延期渠道临时关闭措施。
Due to significant changes in the pickup services provided by SwiftX, effective January 20, 2026 (U.S. West Coast Time)—specifically, according to reliable market information, all existing pickup fleet agents will be replaced, and the newly appointed agents lack sufficient industry experience or have limited operational background, which may result in unstable service—
In order to ensure the safety of our customers’ outbound shipments, and after careful consideration for risk prevention purposes, our warehouse has decided to temporarily suspend outbound services using SwiftX shipping labels from 00:00 on January 18, 2026 to 00:00 on January 25, 2026 (U.S. West Coast Time).
Customers are kindly requested not to select SwiftX shipping labels for any order submissions made after receiving this notice. Please be advised that during the temporary suspension period, our warehouse will be unable to process outbound shipments or complete deliveries for orders using SwiftX labels. Any losses resulting from the use of SwiftX labels during the suspension period will not be the responsibility of our warehouse.
An updated notice will be issued by 17:00 on January 24, 2026 (U.S. West Coast Time) to confirm whether the temporary suspension will be further extended.
SwiftX에서 제공하는 픽업 서비스에 중대한 변경 사항이 발생함에 따라, 미 서부 시간 기준 2026년 1월 20일부터 기존의 모든 픽업 차량 대행사가 교체될 예정입니다. 신임 픽업 대행사는 업계 경험이 부족하거나 운영 경험이 제한적일 가능성이 있어, 서비스가 불안정해질 우려가 있습니다. 이는 신뢰할 수 있는 시장 정보를 기반으로 한 판단입니다.
고객님의 출고 화물 안전을 보장하고 리스크를 사전에 예방하기 위해 신중한 검토 끝에, 당사는 미서부 시간 기준 2026년 1월 18일 00시부터 2026년 1월 25일 00시까지 SwiftX 배송 라벨을 사용하는 출고 서비스를 임시로 중단하기로 결정하였습니다.
본 공지를 수신하신 시점 이후 접수되는 주문에 대해서는 SwiftX 배송 라벨 선택을 잠시 중단해 주시기 바랍니다. 임시 중단 기간 동안 해당 채널의 라벨을 사용할 경우, 당사는 출고 및 배송을 진행할 수 없으며, 이로 인해 발생하는 모든 손실에 대해서는 당사가 책임지지 않음을 안내드립니다.
본 임시 중단 조치의 연장 여부에 대해서는 미서부 시간 기준 2026년 1월 24일 17시 이전에 추가 공지를 통해 안내드릴 예정입니다.
