关于SpeedX物流渠道计划永久性关闭的通知

由于SpeedX提供的揽收服务及其他的服务在过去的两个月出现了揽收后到分拣上线前丢件率不断提高的情况，我仓认为风险依旧无法排除，且有继续扩大的迹象。
为保障客户的出库货物安全，经慎重考虑，我仓自美西时间（PDT）2026年03月31日0点起不再提供SpeedX物流渠道面单的出库服务，请各位客户在北京时间2026年03月30日15时起开始的推单中切勿选择该渠道面单，若在该物流渠道永久性关闭后使用该渠道面单的，我仓无法完成出库及交货工作，由此导致的损失我仓将不负有责任。
Due to an increasing rate of package loss occurring between pickup and sorting over the past two months with SpeedX services, our warehouse has determined that the risk remains unresolved and shows signs of further escalation.
To ensure the safety of outbound shipments, after careful consideration, our warehouse will suspend all outbound services using SpeedX shipping labels effective from March 31, 2026, 00:00 (PDT).
We kindly ask all customers not to select SpeedX shipping labels for orders pushed starting from March 30, 2026, 15:00 (Beijing Time).
Please note that once this shipping channel is permanently closed, our warehouse will be unable to process or dispatch any shipments using SpeedX labels. Any losses resulting from the continued use of this shipping method after the closure will not be the responsibility of our warehouse.

최근 2개월 동안 SpeedX 물류 서비스를 이용한 배송 과정에서 픽업 이후 분류 전 단계에서의 분실률이 지속적으로 증가하고 있으며, 현재까지 해당 위험이 해소되지 않았고 추가 확대될 가능성이 있는 것으로 판단됩니다.
고객님의 출고 화물 안전을 보장하기 위하여 신중한 검토 끝에, 당사 창고는 **2026년 3월 31일 00시 (미서부 시간, PDT)**부터 SpeedX 물류 채널을 통한 출고 서비스를 전면 중단합니다.
이에 따라 고객님께서는 2026년 3월 30일 15시 (베이징 시간) 이후 생성되는 주문에 대해 해당 물류 채널을 선택하지 않으시길 바랍니다.
해당 물류 채널이 영구적으로 중단된 이후에도 SpeedX 라벨을 사용할 경우, 당사 창고는 출고 및 인도 작업을 수행할 수 없으며, 이로 인해 발생하는 손실에 대해서는 책임을 지지 않습니다.
