服务说明
提交时间要求
美西时间每日早上 8:00 前（截止时间），请将需补扫的 USPS 面单集中发送至与 First Speed 对接的服务群内。
超过截止时间提交的面单，将顺延 24 小时处理，且无法加急。
地址范围要求
面单发货地址仅限 加利福尼亚州洛杉矶地区。
超出上述地址范围的面单，无法提供补扫服务。

该服务的具体收费标准及方式，请各位客户在服务群内与 First Speed 进行确认。

To address the long-standing instability of USPS initial scan updates, First Speed has introduced a USPS Scan Completion Service for active customers.
This service helps ensure shipment timeliness and tracking visibility, while reducing the risk of order timeouts and platform penalties caused by delayed scan updates.
Service Details
Submission Deadline
All USPS labels requiring scan completion must be submitted to the designated First Speed service group before 8:00 AM (Pacific Time) each day.
Labels submitted after the cutoff time will be processed 24 hours later, and expedited handling is not available.
Eligible Address Area
The ship-from address on the USPS label must be located within the Los Angeles area, California.
Labels with addresses outside this area are not eligible for this service.
Service Fees
Please contact First Speed through the service group for detailed pricing and billing arrangements.
First Speed will continue to optimize warehouse operations and last-mile fulfillment capabilities to help customers maintain stable fulfillment performance in an increasingly uncertain external environment.

제출 마감 시간
보완 스캔이 필요한 USPS 라벨은 미 서부 시간 기준 매일 오전 8시 이전에 First Speed 지정 서비스 그룹으로 일괄 제출해 주시기 바랍니다.
마감 시간 이후에 제출된 라벨은 24시간 후 처리되며, 긴급 처리는 불가합니다.
적용 가능 주소 범위
USPS 라벨의 발송 주소는 캘리포니아주 로스앤젤레스 지역으로 제한됩니다.
해당 범위를 초과하는 주소의 라벨은 서비스 제공이 불가합니다.
